Closing the gap between what teams need to produce and what they can.

Demand for video has exploded. Production has stayed linear. Every team needs more motion, more formats, more channels, yet most still make one thing at a time, by hand, and the backlog compounds into production debt.

What I teach is how to close that gap: the systems, workflow, and in-house capability to produce at the pace the work now demands.

Training

ScalableVideo, an enterprise program that teaches a company to build and run its own in-house motion-graphics department, structured as a recurring monthly workshop (around six hours a month). Authored with Appleton Greene & Co.; complete and entering its first delivery.

modernmotiongraphics.com (in development), an independent teaching, coaching, and tutoring practice for working motion designers: one-to-one and small-group instruction in the craft, the systems, and the business of the practice.

Workshops

Live and cohort-based sessions for teams, institutions, and individual practitioners who want hands-on time rather than a video library.

  • Live & cohort workshops, in-person or remote: hands-on intensives on motion-graphics craft, UI/UX motion, and production-workflow systems.
  • Corporate & team workshops: the ScalableVideo methodology brought to an in-house team, tuned to how that team actually produces.
  • Guest sessions, talks & critiques for universities, conferences, and studios: portfolio reviews, methodology talks, and process breakdowns.
